Four areas of work.

All of it is the same underlying job: taking the parts of the practice that currently live in your head and turning them into something the team can run. Where you start depends on which one is costing you most.

Systems & Processes

Membership Plans

Building a plan patients stay on: what is included, how it is priced, the recall behind it and the joining conversation. Or repairing one that has drifted.

Practice Sale & Exit

The operational work that makes a practice sellable — reducing dependency on you, documenting how it runs, and cleaning up the patient base before anyone examines it.

The same shape, whichever area you start with.

Every piece of work begins with a diagnostic, and every piece of work ends. This is not a retainer and it is not open-ended coaching.

The diagnostic — £950

Half a day at the practice, looking at how things actually run rather than how the manual says they run. You get a written set of findings and a plan in priority order. Plenty of principals stop here and work through it themselves. That is a perfectly good outcome.

The build

Scoped and priced at the diagnostic. Structured work through the priority list, staged monthly so you can see progress rather than waiting for a reveal at the end.

Handover

Everything documented and handed to the team, with the training to run it. The measure of success is that you do not need me afterwards.

Not sure which one you need?

The audit scores six areas in five minutes and tells you which is weakest. It is the cheapest way to find out where to start — including finding out that you do not need me.

No charge. Your total appears on screen straight away, and the six-section breakdown is emailed to you.
