What information we collect
We collect personal information only when you choose to provide it. This happens in two ways:
- Contact form: when you submit an enquiry, we collect your name, email address, phone number (optional), and practice name (optional), along with any message you include.
- Calendly: if you book a call through our Calendly link, Calendly collects your name and email address to schedule the appointment. Calendly's own privacy policy applies to that process.
We do not use tracking cookies, analytics software, or advertising pixels on this website.
How we use your information
The information you provide through the contact form is used solely to respond to your enquiry and, if appropriate, to follow up about working together. We do not add you to any mailing list, and we do not use your details for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
Legal basis for processing
We process your personal data on the basis of legitimate interests — specifically, to respond to enquiries from individuals who have chosen to contact us. Where you have requested information or a consultation, this also constitutes consent.
How we store and protect your information
Enquiries submitted through the contact form are delivered to us via Formspree, a third-party form processing service. Formspree stores form submissions on secured servers. We do not store your personal data on this website.
Emails and records of enquiries are held in standard business email and document systems, access to which is restricted to Ronel Van Der Spuy.
How long we keep your information
We retain contact enquiry records for up to 24 months, after which they are deleted unless an ongoing business relationship requires otherwise. If you would like your information deleted sooner, contact us and we will action this promptly.
Sharing your information
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties, except where required by law or where necessary to deliver a service you have requested (such as Formspree processing your form submission or Calendly processing your booking).
Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Object to processing of your data
- Request restriction of processing
- Lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk

Third-party services
This website uses Google Fonts, loaded from Google's servers, which may collect standard server log data including your IP address. Please refer to Google's privacy policy for details. We also link to Calendly and Formspree — both have their own privacy policies which govern how they handle your data.
